If you have a child on your medical policy, please be aware that 90 days prior to his or her 19th birthday you will receive a letter from the Employee Benefits Division requiring you to go into the Employee Self Service Information System (ESSIC) to update your child's student status. If this is NOT done, your child will be removed from the policy on the last day of the month in which they reach age 19.
You may review a copy of the letter for your convenience.
