HEALTH MATTERS

The Employee Relations Division provides guidance and assistance to management and employees in the promotion of communication, teamwork, customer service, and performance, and represents the University in contacts with representatives of employee organizations.

The University's International Scholars and Faculty Visa Services program is administered by the Division. The Division also is responsible for the University's technical-service job evaluation program, which includes preparing job descriptions and evaluations for existing and new technical-service jobs, and for discussing technical-service issues with areas regarding the job-review process, organizational structuring, and related topics.
