EXCELLENCE IN LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS
Penn State's Excellence and Leadership and Management Curriculum develops current and future leaders and managers at all University locations. This curriculum consists of four programs that are offered to faculty, staff, and technical-service employees in all areas of the University. By participating in Excellence in Leadership and Management you can take an active role in helping to shape the University's future, cultivate your potential for leadership, clarify your supervisory responsibilities, and enhance your ability to lead strategically and manage effectively. Each program offers unique and valuable skills and tools as well as an opportunity to learn from proven leaders about the vital role each of us can play to create a workplace that is committed to excellence.
