Cassandra Kitko, Coordinator
With Health Matters since 1994, Cassandra coordinates and promotes wellness programs for Penn State faculty and staff, writes articles for the HealthAmerica Living Well magazine, and is the central contact for the University's Employee Assistance Program. She also works on various projects within the Employee Benefits Division.
Cassandra earned a bachelor's degree in corporate health education and an M.B.A. from Penn State. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Pam Glanert, L.P.N, Health Promotion Specialist
A Health Promotion Specialist since 2001, Pam coordinates the Know Your Numbers program, writes articles for the HealthAmerica Living Well magazine and assists Cassandra in presenting various preventive health education programs to Penn State faculty and staff. She also is the Corporate Instructor to Penn State for the American Red Cross.
Previous to joining Health Matters, Pam was the Pediatric Health Coordinator for Work/Life Programs. Pam's pediatric background brings a new dimension to Health Matters. Pam continues to consult for the various children's programs on campus.
Linda Tobin, Health Promotion Specialist
Linda was a Health Promotion Specialist for Health Matters from 1994-1997, and returned to the department in February 2006. Prior to arriving at Penn State, she was a Health Educator at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. Most recently she served as an Assistant Director for community Programs at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA.
Linda is a graduate of Penn State in Exercise Science and holds an M.S. degree in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University. She specializes in adult health and wellness issues.
