Health Matters Announces Changes
Beginning in January, 2010, Health Matters will discontinue the Reimbursement and Wellness Credit programs. All reimbursements earned prior to the December 11, 2009 deadline, will be honored. All Wellness Credits earned from July 1, 2009, through December 18, 2009 will be converted to awards and may be redeemed through June 30, 2010.
Guidelines for 2008-2009 Wellness Credit Program
- You are automatically enrolled in the Wellness Credit program when you register for Health Matters courses.
- You may redeem awards as you earn them. However, once a Bronze or Silver award is used, the credit balance returns to zero. Participants may earn only one Gold award per fiscal year.
- If, at the end of the fiscal year you still have an award pending, it will be able to be redeemed for one year, or through the following fiscal year
- Regretfully, if wellness credits are not used within the allotted time, they may not be redeemed for any reason
- Guests will be permitted to earn credits
