Penn State's Wellness Program

Health Matters, located in the Office of Human Resources, offers a variety of programs to enhance the health and well-being of University faculty and staff.

Programs focus on the six dimensions of wellness: spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, social and occupational, and encompass three levels of delivery: awareness, lifestyle change and supportive environment.

• Free Blood Pressure Screenings
  We are offering free blood pressure screenings with no appointment necessary. Click the link above to view the schedule!
• Seasonal Flu Vaccine Registration
  Sign up today for your seasonal flu vaccine. All employees, regardless of benefit enrollment, are eligible to get the vaccine for free. To sign up your spouse/partner, please call 814-865-3085.
  
  Please note, this is a Thimerosal-based vaccine. If you are allergic to this additive, please see your physician to obtain your flu vaccine.
