Occupational Medicine functions to assist PSU employees in several ways. First, we are here to help employees obtain proper medical care for injuries or illnesses incurred while on the job. Secondly, we develop and implement preventative medicine practices throughout the University. Third, we develop and maintain safe working practices throughout the University, working in collaboration with Environmental Health and Safety.
The health and safety of Penn State employees is our main focus. We believe we offer many services to help maintain good health and the employee's return to work in a safe and timely manner.
