We commonly hear that diversity is an important part of the modern workplace, and an essential aspect of group cooperation and teamwork. But recognizing exactly what diversity means to individuals can be complex and sometimes confusing. Join us in this interactive workshop that explores the connections between diversity and Emotional Intelligence(EI). Learn the components of your "emotional quotient" and how it affects your view and understanding of diversity. This program will help participants to:
- Identify the factors of Emotional Intelligence
- Define diversity
- List the components of each individual's diversity
- Apply EI factors to motivate and enhance workplace collaboration
- Opportunities to exercise high EI
- Valuing diversity in the workplace
