When it comes to being part of a team, sometimes it feels like we need to walk on water or air just to survive. This program focuses on how to capitalize on the diversity of teams so that the entire team can simply "walk together." After attending the program, you will be able to:
- Recognize your personal biases toward others
- Recognize your group's biases
- Identify the elements of effective teams
- List the pros and cons of teams in a diverse work force
- List various group roles and their connection to diversity
- Identify the effect diversity has upon a team
- Create a strategy to capitalize on team diversity
